Anything, but with extra Z is when a word is spelled with more of the letter Z than the canonical dictionary spelling.

Examples:

  • Wazzzzzzzzzzzzzup = what's up, but with extra Z
  • Izak = Isaac, but with extra Z
  • Mozes = Moses, but with extra Z
  • Suzanna = Susanna, but with extra Z
  • Izaiah = Isaiah, but with extra Z
