Salad frosting is a family of seasonings put on salads and lettuce to enhance the flavor because salad tastes bland all on their own. This seasoning is typically white in color and comes in many varieties including "Caesar", "Ranch", and "1000 Island". Types of salad frostings may also be referred to as "dressings".
It is stored in Endothermic food vaults to prevent spoiling.
