The Fire Place is a theoretical dimension of fire. What if all fire is 4th dimensional and comes from only the fire place?

It is the source of all fire.
It is always on fire.
There is only fire in the fire place, nothing else.

Sparks and fuel combine to form portals to the fire place, and fire comes out through the rupture and can potentially spread anywhere in our plane of existence.
