A tall bus is a bus with wings that you get on at an airport (tall bus station). The wheels extend way down so it can drive really fast over the ground and you are really high up. Then when your tall bus gets to the next city, the wheels go back down and the tall bus shrinks into a normal bus and you get off.
The tall bus station is guarded by the Theatrical Silliness Association (TSA).
