Thickening pebbles, aka cat cereal, are/is a type of food typically fed to Feline friends of humans as nutrients. Cat food. They are akin to dry cereal, which is normally consumed by humans, however humans do not tend to eat thickening pebbles, or, at least, they don't think they are.
