Anything, but with extra Z is when a word is spelled with more of the letter Z than the canonical dictionary spelling.
Examples:
- Wazzzzzzzzzzzzzup = what's up, but with extra Z
- Izak = Isaac, but with extra Z
- Mozes = Moses, but with extra Z
- Suzanna = Susanna, but with extra Z
- Izaiah = Isaiah, but with extra Z
- Hobbez
- Caza
